Refund policy

Beaver Creek is committed to partnering with you to achieve your home improvement goals.

Most new, unused merchandise can be refunded or exchanged with receipt within 90 days of the original purchase date. 

Some merchandise will be required to be returned to the manufacturer for repairs, replacements or refunds.

Returns with a valid proof of purchase will be exchanged or refunded to the original method of payment.
