Premier 1 Gal. Non-Fibered Asphalt Roof Coating

An excellent material for resurfacing flat asphalt, metal, or composition roofs. High quality asphalt base dries to a tough, flexible, weather resistant film. Recommended for resurfacing and rejuvenating old, worn out flat asphalt roofs. All roof surfaces to be coated must be dry and swept clean from grease, oil, rust, scale, loose paint, and dirt. Repair holes and tears with roof cement and suitable patching fabric. Apply by brush or appropriate spray equipment. Coverage is approximately 75 Sq. Ft. per Gal. depending on textures and porosity of surface. Use on low slope asphalt roofs (do not use on roof slopes greater that 1/2 In. per Ft.), composition roofs, or metal roofs. Do not apply over damp or wet surfaces. Limited 12 month warranty.
